Royal Albert Old Country Roses – Set of 6 Dinner Plates – Bone China – England, c. 1962
A beautiful set of six Royal Albert “Old Country Roses” dinner plates, one of the most celebrated and instantly recognisable patterns in English bone china.
Each plate is decorated with the iconic arrangement of rich crimson, pink and golden-yellow roses, surrounded by fresh green foliage and finished with luxurious 22-carat gold-effect gilded edging. The gently fluted shape and brilliant white bone china provide an elegant background for the vibrant floral decoration.
Designed in 1962, Old Country Roses became Royal Albert’s signature pattern and remains highly sought after by collectors and admirers of traditional English tableware.
