"Brief Story":
When the French entered Milan, at the end of the 1700s under Napoleon's leadership, a change in architectural styles was inevitable. Architecture had to reflect political and cultural change, but above all it had to be designed to celebrate Napoleon's power.
The area most affected was the Castello Sforzesco and the Arch of Peace.
The Arena Civica we see today is part of these changes; in particular the Palazzina Appiani, which was built by Napoleon's own desire for his public appearances. From the top of the neoclassical building Napoleon could admire the games in the arena and, in particular, the naval battles that took place by flooding the field with water from the Navigli canals.

In good condition, it is a very special piece that evokes moments of elegance and happiness.

Data L'Eleganza, la Raffinatezza e la Fragilità del lotto, verrà Imballato ed Inscatolato nei minimi particolari (Pluriball, Lastre di Polistirolo, Cartone Rinforzato e Cassa in Legno).
