Refined set of six chairs in English style that dates to the mid-20th century, characterized by a structure in glossy black lacquered wood. The pierced backrest features elegant turned columns set inside a shaped frame, while the front legs, also turned, terminate with refined brass-gilded tips. The padded seat is covered in rich deep red velvet, creating a fascinating color contrast with the dark lacquer of the body.
Dimensions per chair: 95 x 46 x 44 cm
Good overall condition of the chairs. They show light signs of age and material defects due to normal wear. Any defects have been highlighted in the photographs. Please study the photos closely, as there are some signs of time consistent with age and use.
