Beautiful antique brass fireplace set with sunflower decor – circa 1900
Beautiful fireplace set consisting of two imposing fire baskets, a fire poker and a fire shovel.
The set is finished in a warm brass color and richly decorated. Especially the two fire baskets are particularly beautiful: at the top there is a large, stylized flower/sunflower motif with a decorative relief center. The baskets are further equipped with graceful scroll-shaped legs, twisted details and decorative knob ornaments.
The accompanying fire poker and fire shovel are also richly detailed and harmonize in ornamentation with the fire baskets. The handles are designed with floral and twisted decorations, giving the complete set a highly decorative appearance.
