Description:
Magnificent and very exclusive two-piece antique Art Deco/Art Nouveau dressing table garniture, crafted for and issued by the renowned Italian luxury house Pampana from Pisa (based at the historic Borgo Stretto). This refined garniture is executed in a superb quality deep green cut glass and around decorated with a very fine mesh of floral filigree work (silver overlay) in solid first-rate silver.
Large powder/ vanity box: Long, octagonal model with a completely silvered lid and accompanying handle.
Perfume bottle: Matching model, originally equipped with a spray (the metal frame at the neck is present).
Specifications:
Origin: Italy (Pampana – Pisa, Sotto Borgo).
Period: ca. 1920 - 1930 (Art Deco / Art Nouveau).
Material: Colored glass and solid 925 sterling silver.
Marks: Both objects have the original paper labels on the underside: the jewelry store sticker from Pampana Pisa and the authenticity guarantee "Argento 925‰ Garantito".
Condition: In beautiful, authentic vintage condition with light age-related traces/oxidation on the silver. The glass and the silver overlay work are in good used condition.
