Oval bedside table in Louis XV style – early 20th century

Elegant oval bedside table in noble wood finely inlaid with a central floral motif on the top and on the sides, enhanced by gilded bronzes and by a delicate pierced brass grille that frames the upper edge. The sinuous structure rests on four Cabriole legs with decorative appliqués and ends with two front drawers featuring chiselled handles. The marquetry inlay, made with contrasting woods, gives the piece a refined chromatic and stylistic balance typical of early 20th-century French production in the Louis XV style.
