Elegant silver incense vessel, in a neoclassical/baroque taste, shaped like a small boat resting on a circular base with a flared foot and stylized leaf decoration.

Key features:

- Bow decorated with a winged putto in half-figure, carved with realistic details in the face and hair
- Body of the navette chased in relief with an acanthus/palmette motif along the full length of the side
- Upper edge finished with fine beadwork (beaded edge)
- Flared base with a beaded/gadrooned motif and a fluted column foot
- Hinged, opens, lid, typical of liturgical incense navettes, with a small catch/hook for closure
- Surface with a beautiful patina of use, typical of an antique piece

Elegante navicella portaincenso in argento, di gusto neoclassico/barocco, a forma di piccola imbarcazione poggiante su base circolare a piede svasato con decoro a foglie stilizzate.

Caratteristiche principali:

Prua decorata da un putto alato a mezzo busto, scolpito con dettagli realistici nel volto e nella capigliatura
Corpo della navicella lavorato a sbalzo con motivo a foglie d’acanto/palmette lungo tutta la fiancata
Bordo superiore rifinito con fine decoro a perline (bordo “a perlina”)
Base svasata con motivo a baccellature (godroni) e piede a colonna scanalata
Coperchio incernierato apribile, tipico delle navicelle liturgiche per incenso, con piccolo fermaglio/gancio di chiusura
Superficie con bella patina d’uso, tipica di un pezzo d’epoca
