Gustatory examination: On the palate it is dynamic, balanced and well-structured. A notable acidity typical of the region gives freshness, supported by fine tannins and a long, savory and persistent finish.

Curiosities about cellars and producer
An ancient history: The name "Dievole" first appears in a rental contract dating from 1090. It literally means "God wants," making the estate a historic place with almost a thousand years of winemaking tradition.
Biological philosophy and terroir: Dievole is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the southern part of the Chianti Classico. The estate has fully converted its vineyards to organic farming and uses large 41 hl French oak casks for aging, preserving the pure varietal expression of Sangiovese.
