Magazine rack in white lacquered steel from the Netherlands, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and small stains; measures 76 cm high, 25 cm wide and 29 cm deep, in a mid-century modern style dating to ca. 1975–1985.
Description from the seller
Very nice and decorative magazine rack. The rack is 76 cm high, 25 cm wide and 29 cm deep. The weight is approximately 3.5 kg. The rack is made of steel and then white-lacquered. The lacquer has over time taken on a more broken white color due to sun exposure; here and there there is also some color variation visible.
The rack can be hung by four eyelets, but it can also stand (see photos). Probably it used to stand in a magazine shop on a counter, with a magazine in each compartment.
The compartments that tilt forward are generously sized for A4. This means you can put all kinds of magazines in them, but also A4 paper and envelopes, for example. The rack is very handy in a living room, but also in an office. It can even be used as a mail rack, for instance in a house shared by several people.
The rack probably dates from the 1970s or 1980s, and has a very attractive, functional appearance.
The rack will be carefully packed and insured for shipment.
