Sansui AU-2900, manufactured in 1976, is a stereo integrated amplifier that has been tested and is operational, weighs 5.7 kg and includes the power cord, delivering 15 W per channel into 8 Ω (measured 17 W × 2), with a frequency response of 10 Hz–40 kHz, total harmonic distortion of 0.3%, damping factor 50, SNR 90 dB, and dimensions of 400 × 120 × 240 mm, with diverse conservation conditions.
Description from the seller
After adjusting bias and various controls, perfectly functioning
The Sansui AU 2900 is a stereo integrated amplifier with high power (17 watts, both channels into 8 ohms, at 1,000 Hz) and a clean sound with extremely low distortion, features that make it the most accessible model in the AU series.
Its design is based on the true complementary OCL power circuit as well, with a double transistor differential amplifier in the initial stage.
The dual positive/negative supply for all main circuits guarantees stable and interference-free sound quality at all playback levels.
Features include:
Low-noise phono equalizer
Stepped-tone controls
Outputs for 2 sets of speaker systems
Full range of controls, high-pass filter and loudness switches, source selectors and input/output terminals.
Specifications:
Output power: 15 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo) MEASURED 17 WATTS X 2 CH
Frequency response: 10 Hz to 40 kHz
Total harmonic distortion: 0.3%
Damping factor: 50
Signal-to-noise ratio: 90 dB (line)
Channel separation: 57 dB (MM)
Dimensions: 400 x 120 x 240 mm
Weight: 5.7 kg
Year: 1976
