This characterful piece features an octagonal upper panel and is richly finished at the bottom with detailed hand-carved woodwork in acanthus leaf motifs. Especially notable are the subtle, original traces of polychromy in blue and red tones, combined with refined gilding that beautifully highlights the carving. The wooden console is in a beautiful authentic condition with a warm patina and a very charming appearance, where the light wear and signs of age only reinforce its historical value.
