This watch is a Concord Delirium "La Nuit" (reference 60-N5-1460 or similar), a Swiss luxury collectible timepiece introduced in the early 2000s.
The main peculiarity of this model lies in the asymmetric design and in the dial configuration, conceived to capture the essence of artistic watchmaking:

Eight-shaped dial ("regulator"): It features two silver rings guilloché-worked. The upper, larger ring indicates the minutes via a prominent central sphere, while the lower ring indicates the continuous seconds.

Jump Hour (Hour Jump): The current hour is displayed digitally through a small square window positioned at 12 o’clock inside the main counter.

Precious detail: Right above the hour window is set a small brilliant-cut diamond, a distinctive feature of this limited edition.
