Scarce telegram stamp mint with original gum. With 2 photo certificates.

Photocertificate C. Muis: "Mint with original gum, without defects. In every respect original", dated 13-02-1992.

Attest Henk Vleeming: "Stamp and perforation genuine, gum original and mint. Gum yellowed and top-right corner tooth worn, otherwise fresh stamp, nicely centered", dated 05-11-2025.
Note: yellowed gum is normal for this issue.
