The Mamiya Ruby Standard of 1959 is a handsome and now uncommon rangefinder from the company better known for its professional medium-format systems. It pairs a sharp Mamiya-Sekor 48mm f/2.8 lens with a Copal-SVK leaf shutter and adds a built-in selenium exposure meter — its honeycomb cell set beside the viewfinder and a match-needle window on the top plate — so it needs no battery at all.
