Beautiful and highly decorative vintage lamp featuring a sculpture of the elder sister and her younger brother, based on the famous work La Grande Sœur by the French sculptor Auguste Moreau (1834-1917).

The sculpture is a reproduction/copy, bearing a “COPY” mark and a reference to Moreau. Dark patinated cast metal/régule. The graceful metal armature features two flower-shaped white glass shades and decorative leaves and scrolls.

In very good condition, the glass shades intact and the electrical installation safe/functional.

A particularly large and atmospheric Art Nouveau interior piece.
