All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use services such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, EMS, and Minmail for delivery.

After payment is confirmed, we ship within 3–5 business days.
(Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon period.)

All items are packed with protective materials (sleeves, toploaders, bubble wrap) for safe transport.

• Condition of the outer seal of unopened packs (not included with this item)
• Not recognizing duties

• Minor exterior damage (slight warping, dents, scratches) — we consider this to be damage arising from shipping.
