The Sansui AU-417 is a legendary and powerful integrated stereo amplifier from the golden age of vintage audio (built between 1978 and 1981). The model is known for its sleek, matte black 'rack-mount' appearance, excellent construction quality and the warm, dynamic sound that is so characteristic of Sansui.
Key Specifications
Power: 65 watts per channel at 8Ω (stereo). This is very stable power that effortlessly drives most speakers.
Frequency range: Very wide, from 5 Hz to 100 kHz.
Total harmonic distortion (THD): Extremely low with only 0.02%.
Damping factor: 60.
Inputs: Phono (MM for turntables), AUX, Tuner, and two Tape connections.
Weight: A solid 12.2 kg, which directly testifies to the heavy transformer and internal components
