Decorative ornament - Italy - votive plaque

Predella from roughly the mid-18th century, painted in oil on canvas. This is a lower panel of a polyptych or altarpiece, often divided into small compartments with stories and secondary scenes connected to the main painting. It depicts a Christ in contemplation, with very slight pigment losses, set within a wooden frame of a later period and part of a series of other pieces, all in my possession. The overall dimensions are 25 cm by 25 cm, with the canvas measuring 20 cm by 20 cm. Due to current regulations, it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
