Table - Burrwood

Particular Pembroke-style table, handmade Italian production from the first half of the 20th century, in burr wood veneer with a small drawer.

Supported by turned décors, a turned central stretcher and four curved or saber legs. The decorative veneering is rich, with dark fillets, probably ebonized.

The table features two large side leaves, which can be opened at will and held in place by a stopper located just underneath.

Tea table, suitable for games or writing, of excellent Italian craftsmanship and in good condition, with minimal signs of age.

Dimensions: length with leaves closed 54 cm, length with leaves open 95 cm, height 70 cm, depth 40 cm.
