This is a beautiful polychrome wall plate of typical Dutch tin-glazed pottery. This specific floral pattern with a richly filled vase of flowers (or jardinière) in the center and a border division (inspired by the Chinese Wanli style) is iconic for the traditional designs of Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum. Early 20th century, 1925–1940.
