Eumig Mark S 802 Projector

Here is an excellent vintage sound film projector for Super 8 format: the Eumig Mark S 802, designed and produced in Austria by the famous Eumig starting from the early 1970s. This model, robust and highly appreciated for its reliability, stands out for its integrated audio section capable of playing magnetic sound tracks directly from the film.

The lot is presented in good general condition, with normal and minor signs of use consistent with age, and has been tested and is working, complete with its original-era box and useful accompanying accessories.

Optics: The projector mounts an original high-clarity Eumig Vario-Eupronet 17-30mm f/1.6 lens. The lenses are in good condition and free of scratches. A light and normal presence of internal dust is noted, entirely insignificant to projection quality or wall brightness. The zoom and manual focus mechanisms are operational.

Mechanical and Electrical: Tested and perfectly functioning. The electromechanical system responds promptly to the main selector controls: the internal lamp lights up regularly, the feed motor and cooling fan start without hesitation, and the film advance and rewinding mechanisms operate smoothly. The audio circuit and its adjustment knobs also respond to electrical fluxes.

Included in the lot are the Eumig Mark S 802 projector, the original power cable, the original microphone for audio recording, an empty black plastic reel, and the original Eumig Mark S-era box.
