Old mechanical Olivetti typewriter turned into a luminous decorative object.
The machine retains its main original elements: mechanical keyboard, typebars, carriage, platen, and the plaque bearing the inscription « Ing. C. Olivetti e C. S.p.A. – Ivrea, Italia ». Its body has been given a deliberately patinated gold finish.
Warm white LED lighting has been integrated around the keyboard and under the machine. When switched on, it highlights the metal mechanisms and creates a warm ambient glow.
The piece is perfectly suited for an office, a library, a hotel, a restaurant, a bar, or a vintage industrial interior.

History:

Founded in Ivrea in 1908 by Camillo Olivetti, the Olivetti company holds a major place in Italian industrial and cultural history. It distinguished itself with typewriters but also with its attention to design, architecture, and visual communication.
