Description from the seller

A first-class, professional copper sauté pan (saucepan with a long handle) from the renowned French traditional brand Bourgeat (Matfer Bourgeat) with a diameter of 24 cm, including the matching original copper lid.
The cookware is in very well-maintained, excellent condition and has been used only sparingly.
Brand: Bourgeat (Made in France, with the original bottom stamp)
Size: Ø 24 cm
Material: Solid professional-quality copper (about 2.5 mm thick) with a robust stainless steel interior coating. Extremely durable, perfect heat distribution and, in contrast to old tin pots, absolutely easy to care for.
Condition: The inside stainless steel is gleaming and flawless (no deep scratches). The copper bottom shows only minimal, age- and wear-related surface marks. The rivets sit absolutely firmly.
An absolute dream piece for ambitious hobby cooks and professionals who appreciate the advantages of high-quality copper cookware.
