Original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Manufactures Céramique d'Hemixem, Gilliot & Cie, Hemiksem, Belgium.
The tile was made around 1905.
The floral decoration is in relief, created using the dust-pressed technique in which clay powder is pressed under high pressure into a mold.
The tile is in good condition, with only a glaze defect at the top; see the images.
The back is marked with an H referring to the location of the factory in Hemiksem.
I package the tile with great care, I ship via PostNL, all packages with a track & trace number.

Originele antieke Art Nouveau tegel gemaakt door: Manufactures Céramique d'Hemixem, Gilliot & Cie, Hemiksem, België. De tegel is gemaakt omstreeks 1905. De florale decoratie is in reliëf aangebracht door middel van dust-pressed techniek waarbij klei poeder onder hoge druk wordt samengeperst in een mal.  De tegel is in een mooie conditie, met alleen een glazuur beschadiging aan de bovenkant, zie de afbeeldingen.  De achterzijde is gemerkt met een H die verwijst naar de vestigingsplaats van de fabriek Hemiksem. Ik verpak de tegel met veel zorg, ik verstuur met PostNL, alle pakketten met een track & trace nummer.
