The clock is fully functional: the mechanical movement keeps accurate time and the pendulum runs correctly.
The strike is working, but requires a small adjustment: the stop (block) of the striking mechanism needs to be set, as it currently does not perform its function properly. This is a repair generally simple for a watchmaker.
