Two hand-painted porcelain figurines by Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur, model V20659 and V20660, depicting two XVIIIth‑century hunters on prancing white horses with gold detailing, made in Germany, dimensions 16 cm high by 13 cm wide by 8 cm deep, in excellent aesthetic condition with a missing piece from the front left leg of the female figure's horse, a rare matching pair from the mid‑20th century.

Splendid and rare mirrored pair of polychrome porcelain figurines hand-painted with genuine gold detailing, made by the famous German manufactory Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur (Thuringia, Germany).
The two pieces depict symmetrically two hunters in XVIIIth-century historical dress, each mounted on a magnificent white, prancing horse leaning against a tree trunk. One of the characters holds a hunting horn. The quality of the details on the faces, costumes, and the musculature of the animals testifies to the craftsmanship excellence of the manufactory.

* Model / Serial number: V20659 and V20660 (original Volkstedt catalog mirror pair, numbers dry-stamped under their respective bases).
* Mark: Present on the front of the base (crown with a blue double V under glaze and historical date 1762) and serial number 4762.
* Era: 20th century
* Condition: Excellent aesthetic condition, vivid colors and gold details perfectly preserved.
Note: although there are no chips, a piece of the left front leg of the horse of the female figure is missing (see photo).
