Rosice - Art Deco vase 'No. 1948' - rocket vase.

The Rosice Glassworks, founded in 1920 in Czechoslovakia, became known in the 1930s for its elegantly pressed glass in the Art Deco style. It produced vases, bowls and other decorative objects with geometric shapes and soft colors. Rosice stood as a symbol of affordable luxury and later became part of the state company Sklo Union, through which it grew into an icon of Czech glass design.
