The Olympus PEN EE-3, part of designer Yoshihisa Maitani's groundbreaking PEN half-frame family, captures two images on each 35mm frame — yielding 72 shots from a single 36-exposure roll. Its selenium-cell automatic exposure needs no battery, making it a simple, pocketable, and endlessly charming film camera that helped define the half-frame format.

Important — please read carefully:
The selenium meter reads about 1 EV bright, so exposures run slightly generous. Please review the photos and consider this before bidding.

Optical Condition
Finder: Cleaned internally — clear
Lens / Sensor: Clear — no haze, fungus or scratches.

Functional
The camera operates properly — shutter, film transport and the selenium meter all work, and the automatic exposure responds correctly to changing light.
The viewfinder has been cleaned internally and the light seals replaced.
The selenium cell needs no battery, which is part of the appeal of this model.

Measured Performance
We check these cameras on a shutter tester rather than by ear, and we publish what we measured:
- Light meter accuracy — EV12: 1.4 OVER / EV15: 0.7 OVER
Negative film has enough latitude to absorb deviations of this size, but the figures are here so you can judge for yourself.

Servicing
This camera was serviced by us before listing:
- Viewfinder cleaned internally
- Light seals (foam) replaced

Known Issues
1. The selenium meter reads on the bright side against our reference — about +1.4 EV at EV12 and +0.7 EV at EV15. Negative film absorbs this easily, but it is worth knowing.
2. Cosmetic marks from normal use (see photos).

Shipping
We ship via either FedEx or Japan Post (ePacket), whichever suits the destination and the parcel. With Japan Post your package is handed over to the local postal carrier in your country for final delivery.
We only ship to registered addresses.
We ship within 3 business days after payment.

Customs and Taxes
Parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): import VAT and any customs duties are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery, in accordance with the rules of the destination country.
Where import taxes have already been collected at checkout — for example under the EU IOSS scheme for orders up to EUR 150 — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
