Indian coffee table from the early 1970s made of solid wood (teak).
The tabletop is entirely hand-carved from teak wood.
The deep, detailed wood carving features a traditional bone-inlaid Anglo-Indian motif with grapevines and leaves.
Brought back by my father, who was a seaman, from Calcutta, India.
Height: 47 cm

Indiase bijzettafel uit begin jaren '70 gemaakt van massief hout (Teakhout). Het tafelblad is volledig met de hand uitgesneden uit teakhout. Het diepe, gedetailleerde houtsnijwerk toont een traditioneel met been ingelegd Anglo-Indiaas motief met druivenranken en bladeren.

Door mijn vader, die zeeman was, meegenomen uit Calcutta, India.
