Very rare Lourdes or holy-water stoup with engraved silvered copper reading “semetipsum obtulit” from the late 19th century, after Pierre Nouailher, for the Louvre Museum. It is signed PN, the artist's monogram. This stoup is part of Grand Tour souvenirs, in good condition for its age. Pierre Nouailher: born around 1657, died September 28, 1717, Master sculptor.
