Beautiful hand embroidery of fioriricamati flowers worked in satin stitch and joined by trailing vines in shadow stitch. The embroidery covers the entire upper edge and runs down the two sides. The hem is finished with square stitch, always by hand. They were placed in trousseaux and were not used. Thus they have come down to us, perfectly preserved. Two period pillowcases with genuine mother-of-pearl buttonholes and buttons. Still pristine, never used, only the dust of time that disappears with washing.
