Striking exterior door handle from the 1970s with a square ceramic plate in a solid aluminum housing. Comparable door handles made of ceramic and aluminum are dated to the 1960s/70s and were especially intended as pull/push handles for entrance doors.

The ceramic features a bold red high-gloss decorative pattern with four large spiral reliefs. The partially exposed light ceramic texture inside the spirals creates a strong graphic contrast and a characteristic, almost brutalist effect typical of the 1970s.
