Candlestick (2) - Gilt bronze - Sèvres, 19th Century Floréal

Splendid and refined pair of 19th-century table candlesticks, made with a highly prized combination of gilded bronze finely chased and porcelain.
The baluster central body is characterized by the famous sky-blue background, enriched by white reserves with hand-painted multicolored floral decorations and delicate gold details, in the perfect and elegant style of the Sèvres manufactory. The structure rests on decorative bases richly worked with volutes and classical motifs in gilded bronze as well as the whole “skeleton.”
They are presented in good condition; at some points ancient restorations are visible, normal for the age, as in the photos.
