A butcher's block for a premium kitchen, made from multiple pieces of beech wood aged over 5 years and dried in a conditioning chamber, all solid wood with steel braces and brass-headed screws. No glue was used—only joints and tie bolts so that it can be regularly tightened and adjusted. Surface treated with hot food-grade oil to waterproof it. Work cube of 40x40 cm and 43 kg. Stool/stand made of the same material and the same log. Grain and color identical.
