Rare Edwardian silver-plated chafing dish (Silver plate), produced by the renowned firm Depree & Young Ltd. of Exeter (United Kingdom) from 1908. Complete and coordinated set, consisting of:
Main structure with decorated legs and a retractable revolving dome.
Original inner dish for foods.
Lower oval support tray (base).
On the edge there is the original shaped notch for the ladle handle, which allows the dome to close perfectly without removing the utensil.
On the bottom are visible the factory marks, model (4880) and the artisan pairing number (880).
