Lacroix i.s.m. Bauscher Weiden - Baking dish (3) - Ceramic - Lucifer

Set of three vintage Escargot dishes with lids, model number 835 from Bauscher Weiden in collaboration with Lacroix.

This model was used in the hospitality industry to bake and directly serve a portion of (usually) 6 snails in herb butter in the oven.
The distinctive little handles on the sides allowed the waiter to easily move the hot dish with tongs or a napkin.
In excellent condition with no chips or anything like that.
