Description from the seller

The object is a beautiful, extraordinarily well-preserved tea machine from the Jugendstil/Art Deco period (circa 1900–1920). It is a collectible piece from the renowned Berlin silverware factory H. A. Jürst & Co. The item bears the historic company assay mark on the underside (see photos).
Absolute highlight: The object seems never to have been used. The burner and boiler show no soot, scorch marks, or lime residues inside. Such a flawless, unused original condition is extremely rare after more than 100 years!
Item: mechanically elaborate tipping kettle on an elegant stand
Material: high-quality silver-plated base metal (alpacca / hotel silver).
The original spirit burner (rechaud) including wick mechanism and the lid under the kettle is present. The original, heat-insulating Bast/Rattan wrappings on the handle are perfectly preserved.
