Elegant pair of antique theatre binoculars signed CHEVALIER PARIS, a prestigious Parisian optical house of the 19th century. This model is distinguished by its remarkable finely engraved relief decoration, adorned with medallions featuring a female profile surrounded by floral motifs, shells and ribbons inspired by Louis XVI.
The silvered metal frame presents a beautiful antique patina that highlights the object's authentic character. The central focusing wheel is present and the mechanism is complete. The lenses are original and the CHEVALIER PARIS signature is visible on the oculars.
