Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini Mail, etc., for shipping.

Upon payment confirmation, items will be shipped within 3–5 business days. (Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap for safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damages, losses, or value loss that may occur during international transport, customs clearance, or shipping delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after an auction ends.

Non-returnable cases:
- Subtle differences from the photo (especially centering)
- Condition of the exterior packaging of unopened packs (not included with this item)
- Unawareness of duties/taxes
- In any case, once the external packaging is opened, if it cannot be proven that the item sent was ours, cancellation is not possible.
- Minor dents/pressing on the external packaging (deformations, dents, scuffs) that are considered shipping trouble by us.
