All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use services such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, and Mini Mail.

After payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packaged with protective materials like sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.
