This hand-knotted Indo-Tabriz runner features a finely structured Herati allover design. The light, medallion-free inner field is entirely populated with regularly arranged diamonds, rosettes, palmettes and stylized leaf forms.

A beige main border with classic floral ornaments frames the densely patterned inner field. Narrow accompanying borders complete the harmonious design. Cream, beige, brown, black, old rose and subtle blue tones give the rug a calm and elegant effect.

The wool pile on a cotton warp provides a pleasantly soft surface and a robust construction. Due to its long and narrow format, the rug is particularly suitable for hallways, corridors, entryways or narrow living spaces.
