An exceptional numismatic pairing featuring two highly sought-after 20 Dollar banknotes from the famous 1954 Canadian Landscape series. Both notes carry the scarce and highly collectible original "Devil's Face" (Devil's Head) hair variety, where the shading details in Queen Elizabeth II's hair curls unintentionally form the shape of a leering face. Due to public outcry at the time, this portrait was quickly modified, making these short-lived original issues a major prize for world currency collectors.

These notes feature the signature combination of Deputy Governor J.E. Coyne and Governor G.F. Towers. The reverse sides showcase the iconic, intricately engraved Canadian winter landscape vignette of the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec.
