French dinosaur eggshells - Fossilised egg (No reserve price)

Collection of 20 dinosaur egg shells with very pretty surface details. These small bulges allowed the embryo to breathe by creating space between the egg and the soil covering it.
Species shown here: Megaloolithus siruguei.
Studies show that Megaloolithus eggs are almost certainly sauropod eggs, Titanosaurus, a giant long-necked dinosaur.
The shells are red or black depending on the sediment in which they were fossilized.
These dinosaurs lived in southern France just before their extinction 66 million years ago.
Indeed, their age is from the Maastrichtian - Campanian (72 million years ago).
