Cupboard - Oak - Amsterdam School - Art Deco

Beautiful Amsterdam School oak cabinet from the Art Deco period, dating from 1915 to 1939.
It features a drawer and a lower cabinet with very fine wood carving.
Between them is an open compartment, often used for books or magazines.
At the bottom the cabinet has sawtooth/plinth details, one of the characteristics of the period mentioned above.
The vertical grooves on the drawer are also an example of that.
The cabinet is fitted with classic metal handles on both the drawer and the door.
All in all a stunning piece with characteristic geometric lines.
