Antique wall clock "Cartel" in true heavy bronze – Rococo Louis XV style (Late 19th / Early 20th century). For collection and to be overhauled.
A furniture piece with a very strong visual impact, elegance and solidity.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
Authentic Material: Case in genuine heavy bronze cast into earth/sand mold, characterized by a splendid original dark patina from the time in the recesses and living yellow-gold metal (no zam, no regula, no modern cheap alloys). Fully non-magnetic construction.
Cult Style: Splendid artistic craftsmanship rich in foliate scrolls and floral motifs typical of the Louis XV style.
Original Period Mechanism: Mechanical "time-only" movement hand-wound with a prized upper balance-wheel escapement (derived from officer travel clocks).
