Description from the seller

Up for sale is a beautiful antique terracotta oil lamp featuring a classic turquoise-blue glaze over an earthy ceramic body. This piece displays a traditional elongated form with a pinched spout, an open central filling reservoir, and a raised loop handle.
The lamp exhibits significant historical character, including glaze weathering, natural degradation, and authentic earthen encrustations from age, giving it an excellent display patina. Please review the high-resolution images provided to evaluate its exact condition.
Historical Context: This style of low-profile, single-spout oil lamp with a vibrant alkaline turquoise glaze was famously produced in prominent medieval Persian pottery centers such as Nishapur and Kashan (modern-day Iran), as well as neighboring regions in Syria and Egypt.
