The set 26496 consists of a 3-part diesel locomotive F7 with 2 motors and 6 cars with switchable lighting and closing lighting. Total train length approx. 205 cm.

Diesel locomotive:
Digital MFX decoder and sound module.
Three-part unit consisting of A-unit, B-unit, and C-unit.
Two high-power drive units: one in A-unit and one in B-unit.
Each motor (5-pole) drives 2 axles, 4 traction tires.
Single-head front light and 3-point red taillight (LED), switches with direction, normally operated, digitally switchable (F0).
Interior lighting of the 6 cars digitally switchable (F1).
Number plate lighting digitally switchable (F6).
Switchable slowly blinking Mars light (F8).
Sound module with 7 switchable sounds, among others:
- Switchable operating sound (F2)
- Switchable signal horn (F3).
Adjustable start/stop delay, maximum speed, address and sound volume.
The set start/stop delay is switchable (F4).
All-metal locomotive.
Equipped driver’s cab.
Metal handrails and power-conducting couplings.
Fixed coupling between all locomotive units.
Snow plow can be attached separately.

For all cars the superstructure is aluminum, have 2-axle bogies twice each, and have power-providing couplings and interior lighting, switchable via the locomotive.
