The lamp comes from the Italian company Foscarini, which is known for its many designs that are both original and timeless and beautiful.
The Coco model is another great example of the Italian design language.
It was designed by Aldo Cibic.
The eye-catcher is the large, red lampshade made of thick overlay glass.
The interior of the lamp consists of white glass, which, when switched on, emits a soft and calming light.
The organic shape of the metal base is a typical Foscarini hallmark.
The shape of the lampshade is simply extraordinary; I’m speechless.
Particularly refined is the round opening beneath the lampshade.
This creates not only red light, but also a narrow white beam of light on the base.

Der Blickfang ist der große, rote Lampenschirm aus dickem Überfangglas.

Die organische Form des Metallfußes ist ein typisches Merkmal von Foscarini. 
Die Form des Lampenschirms ist einfach außergewöhnlich, mir fehlen die Worte.
Besonders raffiniert ist die runde Öffnung unter dem Lampenschirm. 
Dadurch entsteht nicht nur rotes Licht, sondern auch ein schmaler, weißer Lichtkegel auf der Standfläche.
