A pair of English silver gravy boats, manufactured in Sheffield in 1938 by the renowned silversmith Edward Viner.

The gravy boats feature a classic oval profile with contoured rims, gracefully shaped handles, and each rests on three feet. Both pieces bear the English hallmarks for Sheffield, the year letter for 1938, and the master’s mark for Edward Viner.

Een paar Engelse zilveren sauskommen, vervaardigd in Sheffield in 1938 door de bekende zilversmid Edward Viner.

De sauskommen hebben een klassiek ovaal model met gecontourneerde randen, sierlijk gevormde grepen en staan ieder op drie pootjes. Beide exemplaren zijn voorzien van de Engelse zilverkeuren voor Sheffield, de jaarletter voor 1938 en het meesterteken van Edward Viner.
