A beautiful, authentic runner from the 1970s, produced in Belgium under the model name "Saphir".
The rug is an iconic example of Space Age design and Pop Art culture from that period.
It is characterized by a bold, geometric pattern of interlapping, rounded rectangles in a typical seventies color palette of bright orange and contrasting dark brown.
Thanks to the composition of 100% high-quality polyacrylic, the runner feels wonderfully soft and voluminous (velour) to the touch, while the fibers are very colorfast and easy to maintain.
